THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY WHEN YOU BECOME A MEMBER OF MARMARIS RECRUITMENT.
A) The terms & conditions laid out here shall be governed by English/Welsh Law.
B) By becoming a member you are deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions.
C) Marmaris Recruitment shall act within its published Copyright Privacy & User Agreement statements.
D) Marmaris Recruitment solely provides an advertising and marketing service to private (independent) clients and job seekers who wish to advertise their services with us, we are not your direct employers.
E) Marmaris Recruitment does not accept any liability or responsibility should you not find any employment or fail to achieve a response.
F) The agency support service we provide starts when you pay your registration fee therefore, we cannot offer you the right to cancel the "cooling-off period". You may apply without registering, however we are unable to offer the agency support service.
G) Marmaris Recruitment is not your employer. As such you shall be solely responsible for any financial liabilities you may incur as a result of work obtained through interest from this site.
H) You must not bring Marmaris Recruitment into disrepute. You must not engage in criminal activities and associate those activities or you with this site.
I) We accept no liability for any loss incurred as a result of the loss of our services beyond our reasonable control.
J) You indemnify us against any loss we incur as a result of your not adhering to these terms & conditions.
K) You must give in writing AT LEAST 24 hours notice when you wish to cancel your subscription. If notice is not given, Marmaris Recruitment is unable to offer any refund for the subscription. Paypal subscriptions are renewed automatically via paypal as set out when you subscribe.
L) When you agree to register with Marmaris Recruitment, you have agreed that you are aged 18 years old or older and we are not responsible if you enter the incorrect details.
M) This agreement represents the entire agreement between the two parties, and supercede all prior undertakings, whether written or oral. If any part of these terms & conditions is found un-enforceable, the rest shall remain legally binding.
