If you wish to stay in Turkey longer than your tourist visa allows you will need to obtain a residence permit. You must apply for a residence permit once you have entered Turkey and before your visa expires.

Turkish Residence Permit:

Documents Required:
-Residence permit application form
-Passport or original and signed photocopy of passport substitute document
-Valid entry visa
-4 biometric photos
-Declaration which states financial capacity is to be provided sufficiently and regularly throughout the stay (this is on the application form but supporting documents may be requested)
-Valid health insurance (Insurance period must cover the intended residence permit duration)
-Proof of address in Turkey

Our residence permit consultant will assist you with completion of the application form, booking your appointment with the immigration office, gathering the necessary documents and reviewing them before your appointment, arranging health insurance and paying the government tax and card fee. They will also be available for any questions regarding residence permit formalities.

Please note that you may be asked to provide additional documents depending on the area.

-Service fee: starts from 545 USD + 18% VAT per application depending on where you are located in Turkey
-Government fees: approx 500 – 600 TL for 1 year but will depend on your nationality
-Residence permit card fee: 89 TL for 2019
-Health Insurance: approx 300 – 400 TL depending on your age, height and weight
-Notary fees: approx 300 TL depending on the number of pages and amount of text

The residence permit card is usually issued within 90 days after your residence permit appointment provided you are not requested to submit any additional documentation.

Turkish Work Permit:
To enable you to work in Turkey you must have a work permit. You are not allowed to work with a residence permit. Work Permits for a foreigner are for a specific job and the application is made by the employer of the foreigner. We can assist your employer in applying for a work permit for you.

There are two ways of obtaining a work permit; making the application via the Turkish Embassy in the country where you reside before you come to Turkey, or when you are in Turkey after you have obtained a residence permit with at least 6 months duration.

Process for obtaining a work permit before coming to Turkey:
-Employee and employer sign an agreement,
-Employee will apply for work visa at Turkish Consulate at his/her citizenship country or country which he/she resides,
-Upon acceptance of the visa application the Consulate will send a reference number for application,
-When we get the reference number we will apply Ministry’s system located at (
-For application to be made at Ministry system; Company’s e-declaration authorized person on before of the Social Security Institution must sign in Ministry of Labour and Social Security system ( via e-state system and create a company profile with electronic signature.

-After creation of company profile we must authorize with electronic signature for making and following the application.

-The company must have registered electronic mail address for this registration.
-After making the application we will follow up the process at ministry.

We can assist with steps 4, 5 and 6.

If you hold a valid residence permit that is valid for at least 6 months (except for residence permits granted for educational purposes) then you can apply directly to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.

-Service fee: starts from 1513 USD + 18% VAT per application depending on where you are located in Turkey
-Government fees: approx 613 TL for 1 year
-Card fee: 89 TL for 2019
-Notary fees: approx 300 TL – 400 TL

-You are well-paid. The minimum salary from our company is 12 PLN per hour. This way, you will earn 500 EUR and more.
-You will have accommodation in comfortable hostels for a minimum price.
-Great working conditions. You will work at up-to-date working places with modern equipment with a good schedule.
-The opportunity to make a residence.
How long does it take?:
The procedure of preparing documents takes 2 to 3 months. There is also a possibility to prepare everything within 1 month (fast track).

Your work permit will be valid for 1 year.
Opportunities in Poland After 1 year:
After receiving your visa and coming to Poland, you can receive a temporary residence card.
Please note that we obtain various permits.

Cost for the service: 

1200 Euro, split into 2 payments.  The first payment of 500 Euro is to begin the process.  The remainder is paid upon receiving the work permit.
